Counselling & Psychotherapy
Welcome
Your mental health is every bit as important and unique as your physical health and often one can have an impact upon the other. Sometimes life presents us with challenges and obstacles that we may need a little help to overcome.
Often at these times in our lives talking with family or friends can help, however there are other times when this is just not enough. When this happens talking to an experienced professional can offer you the support that you need. I provide a safe and confidential environment where you can talk about and explore the difficulties and challenges that you are experiencing in a non-judgemental atmosphere.
Counselling is a deeply private and personal experience. I aim to provide you with the information you need to help you take that first step towards resolution and peace of mind.
